Delete Your Account

If you'd like to delete your Outfii account and remove all your data, you can do so using either of the methods below.

Option 1: From the App

1. Open Outfii on your device.
2. Go to Settings (gear icon).
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Your account and all data will be deleted immediately.

Option 2: By Email

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by email:

1. Send an email to [email protected] from the email address associated with your Outfii account.
2. Use the subject line: "Delete My Account"
3. We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 48 hours.
4. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

• Your account profile and authentication credentials
• All uploaded profile photos
• All garment photos (original and processed)
• All AI-generated try-on images
• Your wardrobe data (categories, names, favorites)
• Generation history and usage data
• Locally cached data on your device

What Is Not Deleted

• Subscription billing: Deleting your Outfii account does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel your subscription separately through the App Store or Google Play Store before deleting your account, or you will continue to be charged.
• Anonymized analytics: Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you may be retained.
• Third-party data: Data already shared with third-party services (e.g., analytics events sent to Firebase Analytics) is subject to those services' retention policies.

Cancel Your Subscription First

If you have an active Outfii Pro subscription, cancel it before deleting your account:

• iOS: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Outfii > Cancel Subscription
• Android: Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > Outfii > Cancel Subscription
