These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Outfii mobile application ("App") operated by Outfii ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use Outfii. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

• You must create an account using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In to use Outfii.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Description of Service

Outfii provides an AI-powered virtual try-on service that allows you to:

• Upload full-body photos of yourself
• Upload or browse photos of clothing items
• Generate AI images showing you wearing selected clothing
• Save and manage generated outfit images

The try-on images are generated using artificial intelligence. Results are approximations and may not perfectly represent how clothing will look in real life. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or realism of any generated image.

4. Your Content

4.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of the photos you upload to Outfii. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and display your photos solely for the purpose of providing the virtual try-on service to you.

4.2 Your Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have permission to use all photos you upload.
• Any photos of other people are uploaded with their informed consent.
• Your content does not violate any third party's rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Your content is not illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

4.3 AI-Generated Content

Try-on images generated by Outfii are created for your personal, non-commercial use. You may save and share generated images, but you agree:

• Not to use generated images to deceive, defraud, or mislead others.
• Not to use generated images to create non-consensual depictions of real people.
• Not to use generated images for any illegal purpose.
• You are solely responsible for how you use and share generated images.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload photos of minors without parental consent.
• Upload nudity, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App or its AI models.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the service.
• Circumvent usage limits or access controls.
• Impersonate another person or entity.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

6.1 Free Tier

Outfii offers a free tier with a limited number of AI generations per day. The free tier limit may change at our discretion.

6.2 Outfii Pro

Outfii Pro is a paid subscription that provides unlimited generations and additional features. Subscriptions are available as monthly or annual plans.

6.3 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's subscription settings (not within the App).

6.4 Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund:

• iOS: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
• Android: Contact Google Play support through the Play Store app.

7. Intellectual Property

The Outfii App, including its design, code, AI models, branding, and all related materials, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms.

8. Privacy

Your use of Outfii is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Service Availability

• We strive to keep Outfii available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.
• We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.
• AI generation results depend on third-party services and may be temporarily unavailable.

10. Account Termination

10.1 By You

You may delete your account at any time through the App (Settings > Delete Account) or via our account deletion page. Account deletion is permanent and removes all your data.

10.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. We will attempt to notify you before termination when reasonably possible.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will meet your specific requirements.
• AI-generated images will be accurate, realistic, or satisfactory.
• The service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.
• Any defects will be corrected.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR DAMAGE TO REPUTATION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Content you upload or generate
• Your violation of any third party's rights

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Poland, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Outfii regarding your use of the App.
