Getting Started
How does Outfii work?
Outfii uses AI to show you what you'd look like wearing different clothes. Upload a full-body photo of yourself, add photos of clothing items, and our AI generates realistic try-on images in seconds.
How do I create an account?
Open the app and sign in with your Google account or Apple ID. No separate registration is needed.
How much does Outfii cost?
Outfii is free to download. AI try-on generations require an Outfii Pro subscription. You can browse styles, build your digital wardrobe, and explore the app before subscribing.
Photos & Try-On
What kind of photos work best?
For the best try-on results:
- Profile photo: Use a well-lit, full-body photo. Stand against a simple, uncluttered background. Face the camera with arms relaxed at your sides.
- Garment photos: Photograph clothes laid flat or on a hanger against a plain background. Good lighting and a clear view of the entire garment work best.
Why does my try-on look different from expected?
AI-generated images are approximations. Results depend on photo quality, lighting, pose, and the complexity of the garment. For best results, use well-lit photos with simple backgrounds.
How long does a generation take?
Most try-on images are generated in 10-30 seconds, depending on server load.
What is Swipe Mode vs Builder Mode?
- Swipe Mode: Quickly try on individual garments by swiping through your wardrobe.
- Builder Mode: Combine multiple garments (top + bottom) to create complete outfits.
Wardrobe
How do I add clothes to my wardrobe?
Tap the "+" button on the Wardrobe screen. Take a photo with your camera or select one from your photo library. Add details like category, name, and color.
Can I delete garments?
Yes. Open the garment in your wardrobe, then use the delete option. This removes the garment photo and all associated data.
Subscription & Billing
What does Outfii Pro include?
Outfii Pro gives you unlimited AI try-on generations per day, with no daily limit.
How do I subscribe to Outfii Pro?
Tap the upgrade prompt in the app. Payment is processed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by your device's app store, not by Outfii directly:
- iOS: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Outfii > Cancel
- Android: Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > Outfii > Cancel
How do I request a refund?
- iOS: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Android: Open the Google Play Store app and go to your order history
Refunds are handled by Apple/Google according to their policies.
Account
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account in two ways:
- In the app: Go to Settings > Delete Account
- By email: Send a request to [email protected] from the email address linked to your account
For more details, see our account deletion page.
What happens when I delete my account?
All your data is permanently deleted, including your profile, photos, wardrobe, generated images, and account information. This cannot be undone.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your photos and data are stored securely on Google Cloud (Firebase) with encryption. Only you can access your data. Our AI processing happens through secure server-side infrastructure — your photos are never sent directly from your device to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Troubleshooting
The app is crashing or not loading
- Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed.
- Try closing and reopening the app.
- Check your internet connection.
- Restart your device.
- If the issue persists, contact us with your device model and OS version.
My generation is stuck or failed
Generations depend on our AI servers. If a generation fails:
- Check your internet connection.
- Try again in a few minutes — the server may be under heavy load.
- Try with a different photo (better lighting or simpler background).
- Failed generations do not count against your generation limit.
I can't sign in
- Make sure you're using the same sign-in method (Google or Apple) you used to create your account.
- Check that your device is connected to the internet.
- Try signing in on a different network (switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data or vice versa).
